AITA for getting frustrated with my picky eater boyfriend?

My boyfriend (34M) is a picky eater. No allergies, just doesn’t like a lot of different foods. No vegetables, no fruits, no seafood, no Mexican, no Indian, no sushi, etc. If it’s not Italian food, a sandwich, or something greasy, he’s not interested.

We’re taking my mom to dinner for her birthday and she chooses one of her favorite restaurants that is more up our alley (American/farm to table) but has a few selections he could eat. I send it to my BF (my mom and I both checked the menu before she recommended and before I sent it to my bf) and he says there’s only two things he’d eat and asked if we can change the restaurant choice. I got frustrated because it feels like we’re always choosing places to eat around his picky eating rather than him trying to find something at different places. I think he’s being ridiculous and he thinks I am. So, AITA here?

Age aside, my boyfriend and I are at odds over dinner plans, with his selective eating habits causing tension as we try to accommodate my mom's birthday celebration.
